of Nurses, who shall serve for one year or until their successors are elected. Vacancies in the Board from any other cause than the expiration of the term of office shall be filled by the remaining members of the Board, at the first regular meeting after such vacancy occurs, subject to the ratification of the Board of Mayor and Aldermen.
ARTICLE XI—Rules of Order.
Roberts’ Rules of Order shall govern all proceedings of the Board.
ARTICLE XII.—Committees.
After the annual meeting of the Board the President shall appoint the following committees, whose duties shall be hereinafter described: An Executive Committee of five members, of whom the President shall be Chairman. A Finance Committee of three members. A Training School Committee, consisting of three members of the Board of Governors and two members of the Consulting and Visiting Staff of the Hospital. An Inspection Committee of two members for each month in the year.
ARTICLE XIII.—Executive Committee.
Clause 1. The Executive Committee shall consist of five members of the Board, of whom the President shall be Chairman.
Cl. 2. They shall meet once each month, at such time and place as they may appoint, and in addition as often as necessary, when called upon by the President or two members of the committee, and shall keep a record of their proceedings.
Cl. 3. Three shall constitute a quorum.
Cl. 4. The Superintendent shall, when required, attend any meeting of the Executive Committee and make such reports concerning the Hospital as may be required.
