For the sum of $2,000 or multiple thereof, the naming and endowment of a room for a period of five years or multiple thereof; For the sum of $5,000 the naming and endowment of a ward bed in perpetuity; For the sum of $10,000 the naming and endowment of a room in perpetuity.

Cl. 3. Sums of money received under the terms of this article shall be turned over to the Finance Committee of the Board of Governors, who shall as soon as practicable invest the same and turn the evidence of such investment over to the Treasurer, who shall collect the revenue from the same, and cover it into the general fund for the support of the Hospital. No part of the principal of such bequests or endowments shall be used for the Hospital without permission of the Board of Governors.

ARTICLE XXIX.—Amendments.

Any of these By-Laws or Rules may be amended, altered or repealed by a majority vote of those present at any regular annual or quarterly meeting, or at any special meeting of the Board of Governors, provided such proposed change shall be stated in the notice for such meeting.
