ARTICLE XXVI.—Salaries.
The Board of Governors shall fix all salaries from time to time.
ARTICLE XXVII.—Seal.
The Corporate Seal of the Hospital shall be in the usual form of corporate seals, with the words, “Knoxville General Hospital, Knoxville, Tenn.,” in an outer circle, and the words, “Incorporated 1899” in the center thereof.
ARTICLE XXVIII.—Gifts and Endowments.
The sums necessary to be paid for the privilege of naming and endowing ward beds and rooms in the Hospital shall be as follows:
Cl. 1. For the privilege of naming a ward bed or room without conditions as to its use: Persons giving sums of money for the naming of ward beds or rooms without conditions as to the use thereof, shall be entitled to name such ward beds or rooms as follows : For the sum of $100 or multiple thereof, the naming of a ward bed for a period of five years or multiple thereof; For the sum of $200 or multiple thereof, the naming of a room for a period of five years, or multiple thereof; For the sum of $1,000, the naming of a ward bed in perpetuity. For the sum of $2,000, the naming of a room in perpetuity.
Cl. 2. For the privilege of endowing a ward bed or room with conditions as to its use: Persons giving sums of money for the endowment of ward beds or rooms in the hospital shall be entitled to name such ward bed or room and designate the persons or class of persons, under the rules of the Hospital, who shall be entitled to free occupancy therein, as follows: For the sum of $1,000 or multiple thereof, the naming and endowment of a ward bed for a period of five years or multiple thereof;
