Medical Treatment Free

In filling up space a reporter made an item say that the public generally was invited to the Wednesday and Saturday clinics at the Tennessee Medical college, which he was not authorized to do.  However on those days poor people who are unable to pay for medical attendance can receive free treatment on application.
