Mabel K. Staupers Will Speak Here

Local Colored Nurses Will Hear Her

Mrs. Mabel K. Staupers, executive secretary of the National Association of Colored Graduate Nurses, will come to Knoxville Tuesday, March 5, to address a series of meetings of the local Nurses’ Association.

This association will sponsor on March 6 a citizens’ meeting in the dining room of Mount Zion Baptist Church with dinner at 7 p.m.

Mrs. Staupers, a graduate registered nurse, will be the speaker.  The subject:  “Are You Aware of the Value of the Registered Nurse to Your Community.”
