The resignation of Mrs. I. V. Pollard, matron of the city hospital, was presented and accepted by unanimous vote, and on motion of Col. Terry, the board went into an election for her successor. Miss Patty B. Mosely was named for matron and was elected by a unanimous vote, to holder position subject to the pleasure of the board.
