Dr. Drake Resigns
At a meeting of the directors of the Tennessee Medical college yesterday, the resignation of Dr. C. M. Drake was tendered and accepted. Dr. Drake has been a member of the faculty since the institution was founded. His practice and especially his service for the railroads, does not permit him to give the attention to his duties at the college as he should. Dr. Cawood will name a good man for the vacancy on the faculty, as soon as he can find one.
