Eight Misses Graduate at Riverside Hospital

Commencement exercixes were held at the Riverside hospital for eight graduates of the nursing school of the hospital last evening at 8 p.m., in the Lyceum building. Dr. V. D. Halloway delivered the invocation and class address. Diplomas were presented to the graduate nurses by Dr. Herbert Acuff. The young ladies who finished their courses were Florence Hynds, Annabel Baker, Edna Wheelock, Emma Abbey, Haile Foddy, Nola Taylor, Mary North, and Alma Mills. After the exercises there was dancing for the student body and the graduates ad refreshments were served.

Dinner and Theatre Party

Wednesday evening the Riverside Hospital Graduate Nurses of the class of 1922 were tendered a dinner at Hotel Farragut, followed by a theatre party arranged by the members of the graduating class of 1921.
