A Wonderful Record.  The Tennessee Medical College a Success from the Start

The Tennessee Medical college is daily increasing its attendance.  This is the initial year of the college, and its formulators are more than gratified at the outlook for coming terms.  Nearly fifty students are now enrolled, which is a “record-breaker.”  No college in the United States ever started and had as many bonafide marticulates [sic] as has this school for the first year of its existence.  The latest acquisition is a student from Canada, who enters here in the post graduate course.

The registrar has applications from students from several different states in the union who will enter after the holidays.
