Montez Wayne was born 2 November 1884 in Lebanon, Marion County, KY. She died 9 January 1969 in Marion County. Ms. Wayne was unmarried.

Ms. Wayne served as Director of the KGH School of Nursing for two periods: briefly, in 1920, and for approximately 5 years from 1925-1929.  The document below was completed by Ms. Wayne about 1929 for the KGH Alumni Association.

The document is important because it contains details of her widely varied career and her educational achievements up to that time.
